J-Fellows is a leadership development program for young adults created to inspire the emerging generation (EG) of community leaders, co-chaired by Arielle Kreisman and Simone Davis.

Session 3 - “Wellbeing in the Workplace”

Tuesday, March 31, 2020 @ 7pm with light reception

Presenters: Leah Labib and Sabina Wasserlauf

Join Sabina Wasserlauf and Leah Labib and explore mindfulness, gratitude, and hatha yoga from a Jewish perspective. Develop your toolkit of stress management strategies for increased focus, and personal wellbeing.

Join Industrial Psychologist Lisa Miller for an interactive workshop on improving your communication skills inside and outside the workplace. This session will incorporate the concepts of emotional intelligence and assertive communication, essential skills for successful workplace communication.

Join David Segal for a casual Q & A on the role of risk taking in business. David Segal is the founder of Mad Radish and DAVIDsTEA, and a retail thought-leader and speaker. In 2017, David was named one of Canada's Top 40 under 40.
